Our program offers children the opportunity to move from self directed learning in a fairly controlled environment, into self directed learning in a more open environment.
Why are we Montessori inspired, not Montessori?
We believe that Maria Montessori's work has so much to offer children from setting the environment for learning, to respecting children's work as important and necessary for learning. We are Montessori inspired because we don't follow all of the Montessori model.
We integrate a more experiential, project based approach to our program. This is especially true for the older years.
